slow room servicecold jacuzzi
honestly, the room service was slow, it took ages for someone to bring up a simple order. it seemed like they were understaffed or something. also, the outdoor jacuzzi was colder than expected. i mean, it's supposed to be a jacuzzi, not a chilly dip, right?

the family room included a double bed, two single beds, and a camp bed. the bathroom had a rainfall shower.
i noticed some minor damage around the jacuzzi edge, also some mosaic tiles were missing in the steam room.
